Lewis Hamilton didn't play it well at this year's Spanish GP, respectively his team didn't play it well from the beginning. Although he won the McLaren's 150th Pole Position he was disqualified in the end and will start from the last place, as he didn't manage to drag his car to the pits, so the Pole Position was taken by Pastor Maldonado, which open the race up for him.
It is quite simple, from the last qualification lap, there has to be 1 l of fuel in the tank and the car has to return to the pits, which didn't happen. The marshals wrote Hamilton off the qualification, but they let him start to the Grand Prix.
